Refund and Exchange Policy
At IAM, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to provide the best possible shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option to exchange your product or receive store credit, subject to the following terms and conditions:
EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT POLICY
IAM does not offer monetary refunds. Once payment is made, no money will be refunded under any circumstances. Instead, you may:
1. Exchange your product for another item of equal value to the original purchase amount.
2. Receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid for the product.
ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT
• Products must be in their original condition with tags intact.
• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Contact our customer service team at contact@ianujmurarka.com with your order number and reason for the request to initiate the process.
HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT
1. Email us at contact@ianujmurarka.com within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order details and the reason for your request.
3. If approved, you can choose to exchange the product or receive store credit for future purchases.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for exchange or store credit:
• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made products
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at anujmurarka30@gmail.com. Upon approval, we will provide store credit or allow you to exchange the defective product for an item of equal value.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
• Shipping charges are non-refundable and not included in the store credit or exchange process.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

IAM reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website.
